A couple months ago I had friends and previous clients reaching out, begging me to do a Mommy & Me mini. I'll let you in on a little secret: I HATE minis!!! There. I said it! I hear you! "Hate" is a very strong word, and most of the time I reserve it for things like consuming raw fish or scrubbing my baseboards- but seriously, I hate minis! Why? Because- it's 20 minutes of rushing with new or past clients. I usually like to take my time. Joke with the kids. Get to know them. Let THEM get to know me. I might take 600 photos of you and your family, to get 30 perfect photos. With minis- that hour session is smooshed into 20 minutes of insanity!! Well-- usually. I don't know what happened this year. Is it magic? Is it a Godly individual from above looking down upon me and my camera? I have no idea. Listen, ya'll. It happened. I got AMAZING kids. Amazing captures! I don't know, friend.
